Approach
The most important techniques in coaching are listening, asking follow-up questions, empathising and reflecting. This brings to light the beliefs and behavioural patterns that hold you back. Various methods serve the process. They are never leading, because your development and process follow a personal course.
The approach is results-oriented, reliable and scientifically grounded. A coaching journey consists of 8 sessions on average; each session lasts about 1.5 hours. Journeys based on the EQ-i and leadership development usually take longer. There are separate rates for private individuals and for the business market.
The coaching journey for individuals
Do you want to develop a specific competency, or are you looking to improve the quality of your work and life?
An intake conversation always precedes a coaching journey. During this conversation we get to know each other and go through what coaching can offer you. Together we also set the desired goal you want to work on. Through the reflective conversations, exercises and methods applied, you learn to look at your own behaviour and beliefs.
After an agreed period there is an evaluation. How are things now? Do you still need anything to move forward?
The coaching journey for groups, departments & teams
Do you want your employees to collaborate and develop further?
During the intake conversation with the manager or management team, we explore together what is going on and where you want to go. During this conversation we get to know each other and go through what coaching can offer you. We then look at the field of forces and make a preliminary analysis. Based on this, we make a proposal with key focus areas: creating connection, support and a willingness to collaborate.
After an agreed period there is an evaluation and we look at what is still needed to safeguard the results achieved for the long term.
