A client's review
"As a 'rational person' I am able to reason emotions away in myself and quickly give other people's emotions a place where they don't bother us. After all, it's about the result, we're at work and we have no time for soft stuff."
A few years ago I could have said the above with full conviction. By now I am a few life lessons further on, and I seized with both hands the chance to explore my personality with Valérie through an EQ-i test, and then, together with a group of interested colleagues, followed a number of practically oriented in-depth sessions on emotions, behaviour and their applicability in daily working practice.

CEO and coaching themes
As a CEO, and also as a CIO, CFO, CDO, CCO, CTO, COO and CMO, your behaviour is in the spotlight more than ever. Where do you come from, where do you stand now and where do you want to go with your people? Do you want someone who stands beside you from time to time? To get clear on how, in a continuously changing world, you can connect with the organisation's values linked to the bigger picture? Connection with yourself is crucial: a well-developed self-awareness is the foundation. When did you last ask for help? Feel free to get in touch! The average response time is within two hours.
We bring clarity to the dilemmas and paradigms at play, for example: pressure from outside, pressure from within. Society puts themes such as responsibility (code of conduct, corporate governance code), power and powerlessness, inclusivity and integrity high on the agenda.
Look at cultural differences through dilemmas (Fons Trompenaars) and dare to feel. Learn the value of #emotions and emotionally intelligent #leadership within the Leadership model of Emotional Intelligence. Many of my clients have unlearned how to feel certain heavier emotions. I deliberately say 'heavier' rather than 'negative' emotions, because only thinking positively can be toxic. A broader spectrum for recognising emotions and feelings offers a firmer foundation.

Well-founded measurement of emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence comprises all the competencies that are of great value. Nothing woolly about it. Based on the EQ-i 2.0® you explore how to be an emotionally intelligent leader with an eye for the important aspects of truly connecting with others, even when they have a different background. This in relation to the organisation, stakeholders and the wider context. The 360-degree test provides valuable information from your environment about your behaviour. Leaders cannot do without an objective mirror and people who dare to say no. This test is regarded worldwide as the best and, in the Netherlands, is affiliated with the University of Nijmegen.
