The Art of People offers a tailor-made approach, works quickly and carefully. What you get:

  • Highly experienced senior coach, NOBCO/EMCC/EIA-certified
  • Coach supervisor in the helping professions, ESIA-certified
  • An integral approach and face-to-face conversations
  • Free support by email and phone (fair use)
  • Including part of the preparation time. The Art of People covers the rest. The Art of People works with a logbook filled in along the way, so that development between coaching sessions can be followed. The coachee actively gets to work and reflects. This makes optimal use of the session time.
  • Eclectic approach combining validated tests (EQ-i 2.0® and IPP Interpersonal Profile® Leary's Rose), instruments and tailor-made working methods. We work with the five layers of personality (Leary).
  • Within 75 kilometres of base, travel time is free; beyond that, 65% of the hourly rate is charged;
  • Inspiration tips, literature and so on;
  • Where relevant, use of The Art of People's network;
  • Validated online evaluation via the Coaching Monitor. NOBCO Coaching Monitor and Effectiveness of Coaching
  • Access to NOBCO's Complaints Committee. Fortunately this has never been needed, but I think it is important to be able to offer this to my clients should there be a complaint we cannot resolve together.
  • On location: at the client/employer or via Het CoachHuis. For the external locations via Het CoachHuis, the costs are charged.

Options:

  • A three-way conversation (at the start/interim and/or evaluation) with coachee, manager and coach at the workplace, to anchor development through the organisation's contribution;
  • E-coaching via Zoom or email.
  • Morning call: an early shared start to begin the day with clarity
  • A coaching journey for departments or individuals
  • Advice on an internal coaching structure and anchoring sustainable development by setting it up with internal ambassadors

Did you know

More and more health insurers reimburse coaching under supplementary insurance. Ask your insurer whether you can receive a contribution because you incur fewer or no medical costs. The Art of People does not work with the STAP budget. You can also ask your employer's occupational health service for information.
